Subscription Terms
Effective date: September 22, 2026
These Subscription Terms govern paid MotusNEX subscriptions offered by 007 Enterprise LLC and supplement the Terms of Service.
By selecting a paid plan and completing checkout, Customer agrees to these Subscription Terms and authorizes recurring billing as described below.
1. Current monthly plans
- NEX$59.99/month
- NEX Plus$79.99/month
- NEX Platinum$189.99/month
Promotional or introductory pricing may differ when clearly shown at checkout.
2. Automatic renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew each month until canceled.
By completing checkout, Customer authorizes 007 Enterprise LLC and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for:
- the initial subscription charge;
- recurring monthly renewal charges;
- applicable taxes.
Customer must cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid the next charge.
3. Checkout disclosure
Near the purchase action, MotusNEX presents a disclosure substantially equivalent to the following:
Your MotusNEX subscription renews automatically each month at the selected plan price until canceled. Cancel before your next billing date to stop the next charge. Cancellation does not refund or shorten the current paid billing period; access continues through the end of that period.
4. Cancellation
Customer may cancel at any time through the account or billing portal or another cancellation method provided by MotusNEX.
Cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid billing period.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge if completed before that charge is processed.
Unless required by law or approved under the Refund and Cancellation Policy, cancellation does not produce a refund or credit for unused time in the current paid month.
5. Cancellation method
MotusNEX provides a reasonably accessible online cancellation method through the account experience or the connected Stripe billing experience.
Cancellation is complete when MotusNEX or the payment provider confirms it.
6. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may involve a prorated charge if disclosed at the time of change.
Downgrades ordinarily take effect on the next billing date unless otherwise displayed.
7. Discounts and promotions
Free trials, introductory prices, coupons, launch pricing, and promotions are governed by the terms displayed with the offer.
Promotions may have eligibility restrictions and may not be combinable.
Unless otherwise disclosed, renewal occurs at the standard plan price after the promotional period ends.
8. Price changes
MotusNEX may change subscription prices prospectively.
Where required, advance notice will be provided.
A Customer may cancel before the renewal at the changed price.
9. Payment processing
Payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed provider.
Customer must maintain a valid payment method.
10. Failed payments
If payment fails, MotusNEX or Stripe may retry the payment and notify Customer.
Paid access may be restricted or suspended until payment is successfully completed.
11. Taxes
Applicable sales or similar taxes may be added where required.
12. Billing questions
Billing questions may be sent to privacy@motusnex.com.
Nothing in these Subscription Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Month-to-month service
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, MotusNEX subscriptions are month-to-month.
Proper cancellation prevents future renewal obligations after the current paid period.
14. Billing communications
MotusNEX may send:
- purchase confirmations;
- renewal notices where required;
- failed-payment notices;
- price-change notices;
- cancellation confirmations.
Customers are responsible for maintaining a current account email address.
15. Order of terms
If there is a conflict:
- mandatory law controls;
- a signed order form controls for the applicable transaction;
- these Subscription Terms control general Terms of Service provisions concerning billing.
